College Counseling

Dear visiting family,

Starting early

College counseling doesn’t begin when a student is ready to apply. It begins before they ever set foot in a high school classroom. Our college advisor, Mrs. Mateyka, meets with all freshmen as part of a mandatory freshman orientation to set the pace for their four years.

Matched to the student

Our graduates are accepted to a diverse range of universities and colleges in the U.S. and abroad, partly because of how we counsel: we work from the student’s individual interests, talents, and career pursuits to find the university best suited to them. Not every university has the same admission requirements or deadlines, and our advisor knows the differences, so your student is prepared for each one.

What students get

One-on-one time. Students schedule dedicated time with the college counseling department.

Less stress. Between classes, clubs, sports, and applications, high school is a lot, and we have the tools and the advisors to carry some of that weight.

Real insight. From choosing a university and major to navigating admissions, essays, and recommendation letters, our advisors help students make informed decisions and stand out.

Come and see for yourself.
