Student Life

Music

Music with purpose. Worship, creativity, discipline, and joy from elementary through high school, included in tuition.

Music with purpose

Music education here is more than notes and rhythms. It cultivates worship, creativity, discipline, and joy. Music is included in tuition, with no participation fees.

  • Elementary: exploring music with joy. General music education through singing, movement, and listening. Students in 3rd–5th grade learn the recorder, building a foundation in reading music; by 5th grade they may join the beginning band for their first ensemble experience.
  • Middle school: deepening understanding. Voice performance, music theory, and music history in general music classes, with the option to join band or string ensemble.
  • High school: excellence and expression. Band, string ensemble, choir, and music theory courses that fulfill fine arts graduation requirements and refine each student’s craft.

Sharing gifts with the community

Students at every level showcase their growth through school programs, fine arts festivals, and community outreach, including performances at local nursing homes, blessing others and glorifying God with their musical talents.
